To Donate Altar Flowers:

1. Choose from the available dates using the calendar.

2. Then use the form below to make your gift [of at least the minimum amount listed on your chosen date(s)] online.

   • Choose Altar Flowers from the “Give to…” dropdown menu.

   • After clicking “Continue”, use the “Comments” field at the bottom of the form to provide the date(s) you have chosen as well as any dedication information for the bulletin.

3. OR - if you would rather pay by check:

   • Be sure the memo line includes Altar Flowers and the date(s) you have chosen.

   • Email or call the church office to provide your dedication information.
