Centering Prayer:  Fridays at 1 PM

Grace's Centering Prayer group is an ecumenical  group for those interesting in cultivating  a contemplative prayer discipline. We practice Thomas Keating's method for centering prayer, having a twenty minute period of silence at the beginning of our time together. We follow this with the oral reading and discussion of a chosen text. Past authors we have discussed include Thomas Keating, Cynthia Bourgeault, Richard Rohr and Thomas Merton.
